Meet the Manager – Tom Martindale

Tom Martindale, Senior Vice President and Manager of TRI’s San Francisco office, has achieved a high level of success in over twenty years as a member of the San Francisco commercial real estate brokerage community. His primary focus has been on property sales, owner representation and consulting. He was TRI’s Industrial Division Top Producer for 1990, 1993 and 1994, TRI Founders Award winner for 1992, Significant Achievement Award winner for 1997 and 1998, and TRI San Francisco Region’s Top Producer for 1995. He has been the Manager of TRI’s San Francisco Office since 2000. Tom has achieved the prestigious SIOR designation, emblematic of the top 15% of brokers and sales managers nationwide.

Prior to joining TRI, Mr. Martindale distinguished himself as a Vice President of Bank of America for eleven years. He administered five international private banking offices serving high net worth international clientele. He was also a key manager involved in the conception and development of the Bank’s Office Automation Division, and possesses extensive project management and managerial experience.

Before his career with the Bank, Mr. Martindale was Key Accounts Manager for Dictaphone Corporation. He was Salesman of the Month eleven times, and Salesman of the Western Region twice. He attained the President’s Achievement Club for superior sales achievement all four years that he was with the company.
